Phase III Environmental Site Assessments
A Phase III ESA is the remedial action undertaken to clean or abate any release or threat of release of hazardous substance or petroleum into the soil, groundwater, or air. This phase is performed after the contamination is noted by a Phase I and the extent has been determined by a Phase II. A Phase III is often followed by additional intrusive sampling or monitoring prior to closure to determine the effectiveness of the remedial action.
PanTerra works with you to select the most appropriate remedial alternative and treatment technology for your site. Our approach combines the skills of environmental engineers with the expertise of hydrogeologists, regulatory specialists, and air quality professionals to develop turn-key remedial designs. These designs address all aspects of remediation including soil removal, groundwater management, air emissions control, and/or soil and water treatment. Whether your site requires soil vapor extraction or in-place stabilization, PanTerra provides the expertise and experience to implement environmental remediation systems.
PanTerra has performed these types of projects for the following environmental engineering methodologies:
- Soil Vapor Extraction
- Air Sparging
